astounding. She is quick to learn new skills and asks smart questions to deepen her understanding.
She is also constantly staying up to date with new advertising trends and platforms, and she
proactively flags relevant changes in the landscape to leadership. She takes constructive criticism extremely well and can quickly adjust based on feedback.
Beyond her day-to-day responsibilities, Olivia consistently demonstrates proactive behavior in managing campaigns, communicating with teammates and clients, and completing her deliverables on time. Olivia’s campaigns consistently outperformed our benchmarks, and that high performance is a reflection of the time and energy that she put into her position.
